Our Exchange and Return Policy
We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! So, please take a moment to check your order when it arrives.
If you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, let us know right away. We'll look into the issue and make it right.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, just make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Oh, and don't forget to send us some photos or videos too! And remember, keep that receipt or proof of purchase handy.
If everything checks out, you'll have 30 days from the delivery date to return the item in-store. Otherwise, we won't be able to accept it.
